At Ngon, we don’t call them “chefs.”
We call them local instructors — local cooks, home kitchen storytellers, and everyday food heroes.

Vietnamese food is special not because of techniques and recipes, but because of the unseen hands behind it: the mothers, sisters, and street-side vendors who have spent decades cooking for their families.
Their recipes weren’t written down — they were passed through taste, memory, and love.

That’s why every dish in Vietnam tastes a little different from one alley to the next — each one carrying the flavor of a specific home.

In our class, you’re not just learning how to cook.
You’re sharing a table with culture, listening to the stories behind the food, and discovering what makes Vietnamese cuisine truly local.

Mr. Chuối is your guide to Vietnam’s vibrant street markets. With a deep knowledge of herbs, spices, and local culture, he bridges tradition with a modern teaching style.
